Every provider of passenger transport via balloons must obtain a license from the Civil Aviation Authority and should be capable of presenting a Declared Balloon Operator number. This alphanumeric code, commencing with GBR.DTO., serves as an assurance that they possess the requisite qualifications to conduct your flight, and their balloons and operational protocols adhere to rigorous standards while being comprehensively insured.
